So you are probably curious to what those deciding factors were, so here you go...... While interviewing agents Milas came to our appointments with competitive comps for our area, charts, graphs, etc. To say the least he was prepared..... Also, I had his colleagues call and email me professional references on his behalf- which is a nice touch. To put it lightly Milas is an industry expert who works for a great team here in the market.
